The focus is on AI full-stack web and app development delivered through practical project-based learning. The program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations, while Aaroganam Technologies Private Limited spearheads the employability and career support initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Aroganam Technologies Pvt Ltd
● Train students from 1st to Final Year (UG/PG – Any stream).
● Specialized training in:
○ AI Full Stack Web Development
○ AI Full Stack Mobile App Development
● No classroom lectures or syllabus-based training – only live, real-time projects.
● Deploy one dedicated Web Developer and one dedicated App Developer to work from college premises full-time.
● Select only interested, committed students; no frequent or long leaves allowed.
● Students will shift to regular academic classes during exams.
● Require students to spend 4–6 hours daily post-college hours on training and project work.
● College faculty and staff can join sessions to learn trending tech skills.
Sun Stem Pvt Ltd
● Provide end-to-end placement support for trained students.
● Coordinate with companies to conduct campus interviews or connect students to hiring opportunities.
● Conduct mock interviews, resume building, soft skills training, and corporate
readiness workshops.
● Maintain industry linkage and update the training process with market demands.
● Track alumni success and continuously improve placement outcomes.
College Responsibilities
● Provide a minimum of 50 students who are dedicated to long-term project-based learning.
● Ensure lab facilities with stable internet connectivity.
● If available, provide college transportation (bus) for Aroganam, Sun Stem Team travel.
● If possible, offer hostel accommodations – Aroganam will bear rent and food costs.
● College will pay ₹10,000 per student per year for the training program.
